100% Dry

100% Dry – A solo hour of raw, dry Irish stand-up from Justin Cassidy: deadpan delivery, obscure jokes, irreverent truths, and long awkward silences that build real tension before they land. Subtle, dark humour that rewards anyone who listens closely.

From a rural Monaghan farm to full-time comedy: 4+ years, 500+ gigs across Ireland/Europe. Seen at Electric Picnic 2024, finalist in Show Me The Funny (2024 & 2026), sold-out play 'Showpony' at Dublin's Scene & Heard 2025, BBC Northern Ireland pilot How’s She Cutting, Barcelona Fringe premiere Nov 2025, and Medellín, Madrid runs. Regular with Gaelgari Irish-language group.

If you like understated, intelligent comedy (think of an Irish Stewart Lee or Norm MC Donald), this is your hidden gem. Adults only—nuanced and mature. Pay-What-You-Can. Come ready for laughs that sneak up on you.

This year we have two entry methods: Free & Unticketed or Pay What You Can
Free & Unticketed: Entry to a show is first-come, first served at the venue - just turn up and then donate to the show in the collection at the end.
Pay What You Can: For these shows you can book a ticket to guarantee entry and choose your price from the Fringe Box Office, up to 30 mins before a show. After that all remaining space is free at the venue on a first-come, first-served bases. Donations for walk-ins at the end of the show.
