Hot Seat

Lighting impossible things on fire. Locking eyes with Donald Trump and feeling compelled to describe her mood to the President. Bombing her comedy set in front of 500 pharmacists.

As both an award-winning stand up comic and leading political reporter in Australia, Sarah’s found herself in the hot seat time and time again, and there’s very rarely a “reasonable” explanation.

Sarah is a Canberra RAW comedy finalist and has taken her high energy physical comedy to stages across Australia and the US. Described as “well spoken and riotously funny” by reviewers at the Adelaide Fringe and “a hilarious mind”, Sarah smashes together the world of comedy and political reporting into an hour of laugh-out-loud stories that are almost too unbelievable to be true.

This year we have two entry methods: Free & Unticketed or Pay What You Can
Free & Unticketed: Entry to a show is first-come, first served at the venue - just turn up and then donate to the show in the collection at the end.
Pay What You Can: For these shows you can book a ticket to guarantee entry and choose your price from the Fringe Box Office, up to 30 mins before a show. After that all remaining space is free at the venue on a first-come, first-served bases. Donations for walk-ins at the end of the show.
