Dylan Rhymer: Blunderbuss

What's the worst day you've ever had? In 2015, I brought my show to the Fringe festival for the first time. 3 weeks later I was homeless, broke, malnourished and my father was dead (but I don't blame the Fringe for that). And it all happened on my birthday.

Ten years later, as 2025 lurches on, the question must be asked "Are we living in the horrible, dystopian future predicted by our greatest science fiction writers?"

Canadian stand up Dylan Rhymer presents a show dedicated to all the Winston Smiths out there. Have there been any changes in the last decade or are we trapped in a simulation? At what point does an optimist just look like an idiot? Why would any comedian keep coming back for more? How many questions are too many for one show description?

This year we have two entry methods: Free & Unticketed or Pay What You Can
Free & Unticketed: Entry to a show is first-come, first served at the venue - just turn up and then donate to the show in the collection at the end.
Pay What You Can: For these shows you can book a ticket to guarantee entry and choose your price from the Fringe Box Office, up to 30 mins before a show. After that all remaining space is free at the venue on a first-come, first-served bases. Donations for walk-ins at the end of the show.
