Edinburgh’s newest, lively, late-night bar. Situated below Tigerlily at 125b George Street, Coco Boho offers an intimate setting with a unique ‘rough luxe’ décor and a promise to surprise and delight all that enter. Shows are in a large space with 120 seats and multiple vido screens that can be used.



Coco Boho is a nightclub on George Street in Edinburgh's new town - located along the road from the Assembly Rooms, The Mound and close to Princes Street and Princes Street Gardens.

It wa established as a Fringe venue in 2023 with a number of successfull shows in a room suitable for theatre, cabaret and comedy shows - with a large flexible seats with a capacity from 120 seated.

Performance Space: Main Room

- Stage: 3m (wide) by 2m (deep)  stage, on flat floor. Can be made larger or smaller by relocating seating. There is a small curtained off back stage area, where the light/sound control is also located.

- Seating: Capacity 120 people, fully seated in rows, with extra space for standing at the back and tall seats at the bar.

- Lighting: Lighting to flood light stage.

- Sound: 4 Channel Mixer, cables for MP3 player, with 2 Mics, Cables and Mic stands. Performers own sound equipment can be added.

- AV: There are a number of screens in this room, that can be used for shows.

- Storage: There is a very small area for equipment at the venues cellar for props and equipment, shared with other groups.

- Bar: There is a bar in the room, which can be open or closed for performances. The room is accessible via a small corridor from the main bar.

- Access: The are steps to the performance space from the street, with disabled access available via Tiger Lilly (stair lift to door, then lift to basement level).
