Kieran Flynn and Rachel Baker: Two Reds Are Better Than One

Come in off the wind-whipped streets of Edinburgh, into the warm embrace of two of Birmingham's silliest sausages. Astute observational humour with an irreverent and whimsical flair delivered by two of the West Midlands's most affable silly folk. Alternative but accessible storytelling from two stand-ups with an eye for the ridiculous.

Rachel's a Cancer and Kieran’s a Leo which according to horoscopes.net are, and we quote, “not easy signs to get along well and can bring out the worst in each other.” Come watch them crumble.

Rachel Baker is like a mixture of all the Ab Fab characters. Finalist at Funny Women Awards and Birmingham Comedy Festival Breaking Talent Award 2023. 92% of people in a recent poll said she looks like the Megabus man. Rachel’s stand up has been previously broadcast on BBC Radio 4. “Oddball idiot.” (Chortle). Previously a member of Improvabunga - “Consistently and outrageously funny.” (Broadway Baby) “Comic brilliance lifted us from our seats.” (Metro)

Kieran Flynn is a tall-tale-teller with good vibes and bad attitude. He is one-half of the award-winning double-act Good Kids - nominees for Leicester Comedy Festival Best New Show 2022 and Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2020 as well as 'Comedy's ones to watch for 2022' (Chortle). “Stupid, daft, at times nonsensical. Just how I love my comedy.” (Johnny Vegas) “It was mad but it was hilarious.” (Tom Rosenthal) “Easy chemistry and a furious will to entertain.” (The Scotsman)
