André De Freitas: As Yet Untitled

Coming of age is a show about the transition from a young person into an adult and all that comes with it.

The show is a journey about self discovery and big questions that come with growing up. Join me for an hour that hopefully, reminds you that no matter how awkward and confusing it may be, the path to adulthood is a wild and entertaining ride.

Who am I? What kind of person do I want to be? What does it mean to be a man in today’s world? Why does adulthood come with so many responsibilities and so few instruction manuals?

This show is about the struggle to find our place in the world and coping with all that comes with it. Culture, heartbreak, financial independence.

But it’s not just about my own journey, growing up means you get to experience things like getting to know your parents as people - flawed, interesting and full of surprises. As the generation gap narrows, the lines between parent and friend blur in very unexpected ways.

This year we have two entry methods: Free & Unticketed or Pay What You Can
Free & Unticketed: Entry to a show is first-come, first served at the venue - just turn up and then donate to the show in the collection at the end.
