The Anti Self-Help Show

Good things will happen. Maybe not to you, but they will happen!

Award-winning Austrian comedian, Alice Frick, has tried out every piece of self-help advice available and is now the Anti Self-Help expert! In this show you will learn why it’s good to not face your fear, how to say yes (and no) and what to do when you find out your inner child is a grumpy teenager.

Alice Frick is an award-winning stand-up comedian from Austria and Funny Women Finalist 2012. She started her comedy career in Austria in 2006 where she performed on stages in Austria and Germany as well as on several TV shows. After performing in Los Angeles (e.g., Hollywood Improv, Comedy Store), she moved to London in 2011 and is a regular performer on the comedy circuit.
