dope /dəʊp/ ad 1. Very good. "that suit is dope!"

friction /ˈfrɪkʃ(ə)n/ n 1. conflict or animosity caused by a clash of wills, temperaments, or opinions.

Tom Lawrinson and Daniel Sofoluke are doing an hour of stand up. They are two very different people with contrasting senses of humour, from opposite sides of the UK, but fortuitously when partnered together their material compliments each other's sublimely. As heard on BBC Radio 4Xtra and as seen as finalists in the Beat the Frog World Series. Come and join us and see us highlight and unite our differences, because even if you hate one of us, there's a good chance you will love the other.

Daniel Sofoluke is relaxed, putting more focus on the imaginative, wry humour built around his experiences of being a black Briton… but only gangsta when it comes to history exams. (Steve Bennett, Chortle)

Tom Lawrinson has a lot going for him: quirky, impish and low-status,. His great responses to sexist ‘banter’ is worth a trip to see him alone. He sidesteps the obvious, but there are gems here. (Steve Bennett, Chortle)
